How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

All Star Mounts wants you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all purchases. If you decide you don’t need your product within 60 days of placing your order you can contact a customer service representative to set up your return RMA. Returns for functional products past 60 days of order date are not accepted.

All returns must be approved by All Star Mounts with a Returned Material Goods Authorization (RMA) number prior to their return. The RMA number must be on you shipping return label. All parts authorized to be returned under an assigned RMA must be returned at the same time. Any parts coming in without an RMA number or under an old or closed out RMA will be returned to the customer freight collect. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to:

All non-warranty returned merchandise must have been purchased directly from All Star Mounts within the 60 days of placing the order. No custom parts or partial packages will be accepted. Credit will be based on the order price paid less the actual outbound shipping cost we incurred for shipping even if the item was purchased under the context free shipping.
  • All returned merchandise must include all original components and parts and if missing are subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
  • We do not refund the initial shipping cost even if when item was purchased under the context free shipping. We will access the shipping costs we paid to ship the item to you.
  • Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
